Through initiatives such as youth empowerment programs, #the sewing training program,
and the #Mrembo Project, Dickson works alongside a committed team to bring hope and lasting impact to many lives.
Co-Founder and Core Worker
Elisabeth Bwanjiga is a co-founder and core worker at Watoto Unity Foundation Tanzania, playing a vital role in the heart and daily work of the organization. From the early stages of establishing the foundation,
she has been deeply committed to supporting its mission of empowering children, youth, and families in the community.
Elizabeth actively contributes to key initiatives such as the Mrembo Project and the Sewing Program, where she helps guide, encourage,
and support participants, especially young girls and women. Her compassionate spirit and dedication help create a safe and supportive
environment where individuals can learn, grow, and build confidence.
Through her service and commitment, Elizabeth continues to be an important pillar in the work of Watoto Unity Foundation Tanzania,
helping the organization bring hope, dignity, and opportunity to many lives.
Mrembo project leader
Julian Masui is the Mrembo Project Leader at Watoto Unity Foundation Tanzania. She leads
initiatives that empower schoolgirls through education, confidence-building, and awareness about puberty
and menstrual health.
Through the Mrembo Project, Julian works closely with schools to ensure that girls receive the
knowledge and support they need to stay in school, overcome stigma, and grow with confidence and dignity.
Program manager
Moses Kepha serves as the Program Manager at Watoto Unity Foundation Tanzania and is one of our most committed and passionate team members.
In his role, he plays a key part in coordinating and guiding programs that empower children, youth, and families within the community.
With a heart for service and a strong dedication to creating positive change, Moses works closely with the team to ensure that the foundation’s initiatives,
especially those focused on education, skills development, and community support, reach those who need them most. His leadership, compassion, and commitment
reflect the core values of Watoto Unity Foundation Tanzania, helping to bring hope and opportunity to many lives.
Easter is a committed team member working in the Sewing Program at Watoto Unity Foundation Tanzania.
Through this program, she helps support and guide participants as they learn practical sewing skills that can lead to independence and self-reliance.
With patience and dedication, Easter contributes to creating a positive learning environment where young people—especially young women—can develop creativity, confidence, and valuable vocational skills. Her involvement in the program helps strengthen the mission of Watoto Unity Foundation Tanzania to empower communities through education, mentorship, and skills development.
Through her service in the sewing program, Easter is helping equip individuals with skills that can transform their future.
Angel Thomas is a dedicated leader and trainer in the sewing program at Watoto Unity
Foundation Tanzania. With passion and patience, she guides and trains young people,
especially young women by equipping them with practical sewing skills that help them build
confidence and move toward self-reliance.
Through her leadership in the program, Angel plays an important role in supporting the
foundation’s mission of empowering youth with skills that create opportunities for a better
future. Her commitment to teaching, mentoring, and encouraging others reflects the mission of
Watoto Unity Foundation Tanzania, where transformation begins through education, creativity,
and care for the community.
